WHAT IS THE VALUE OF A SECURITY LABEL OR TAPE?
The cost of a security label is almost negligible compared to the myriad problems it can solve, positioning it in the lower price segment.
Image damage caused by poorly made counterfeits, the sudden emergence of an unknown and growing grey market, or dishonest actors within distribution chains – all these factors can result in immense costs amounting to millions. In 2023 alone, the economic damages from counterfeits amounted to 461 billion US dollars. Against this backdrop, the expenses for security labels are relatively minor, easy to implement, and can be swiftly integrated without significant changes to the packaging process.

BELOW ARE SOME OF THE CRITICAL CRITERIA NEEDED TO GENERATE A COMPREHENSIVE QUOTE:

MATERIALS
- Plastic or Paper
- Size of the label
- Number of colors
- Application location: on the packaging or directly on the product
- Material of the substrage: cardboard, glass, plastic
- Method of application: machine or manual
- For automated dispensing from the roll: maximum outer diameter of the roll, and the required winding position of the labels on the roll
- Full-surface adhesive or adhesive-free zones (e.g. for pull tabs)

LOGO IN VOID EFFECT OR BRANDING ON SURFACE
- Special effect in VOID, color revealed upon opening
- Base design for the label surface: provided by the customer or designed by Securikett
- VOID effect proposals: ideally from Securikett and aligned with the customer
- VOID effect on the substrate material or residue-free with VOID effect on the removed label to prevent reuse of the label
