Accelerated Aging Chamber
Our aging chamber allows us to assess the stability and durability of our products, providing valuable insights into the lifespan of securely sealed packaging. These tests are particularly crucial for adhesives, which we rigorously evaluate under extreme conditions to ensure long-lasting performance.
Climate Cabinet
Our climate cabinet enables us to test products under a wide range of environmental conditions. Adhesion and Release Test Equipment
To ensure the quality of our adhesives, we use state-of-the-art testing equipment. The Loop Tack Tester measures the initial tack, while the Ziegler Tester evaluates both the adhesive strength and the peelability of the adhesive-coated materials. These meticulous assessments guarantee optimal performance in our products.
Shear Resistance
We evaluate the shear strength of our self-adhesive materials by applying weights to our products. This process involves using both standardized and customized surfaces at various temperatures, allowing us to effectively simulate different filling processes.
